Who Achilles is for

Achilles is for adults aged 18 and over. Before the app stores any health answers, it asks you to confirm you are 18 or older.

We set the age at 18 because the app asks about health, pain, injuries, pregnancy and menopause, and builds training plans from those answers. Training advice for teenagers needs its own care, and we haven't built for it yet.

Medical topicsOccasionally: exercise for everyday aches and old injuries, and a safety stop that tells you to see a clinician when an answer needs a medical opinion. Achilles doesn't diagnose or treat.

Safety first

Before any plan is built, Achilles asks a fixed set of safety screening questions. If an answer points to something that needs a medical opinion, the app stops and tells you to get one. That check is a rule written in advance; the AI planner never decides it.

For parents and guardians

If you believe someone under 18 has signed up, write to support@trainwithachilles.com and we'll delete the account and its data. How we handle data is in our privacy policy.
